Stop wasting your precious time!

You only have 24 hours each day and it is precious time and cannot be replaced,

so stop wasting your time and invest it wisely!

The clock of our lives only moves forward, so here are a few tips on what not to do:

  • Stop wasting your time crying over spilled milk! If you can’t change what you did – forget it and put it behind you and press on!

I had made a decision to join a coaching program.  Initially I felt it was a good decision since I needed the help. However, after 2 months with the company, I realized that I had made a bad decision in that I did not check them out thoroughly! I cancelled the training – so-called and  I lost money, and not only a few dollars:( I was pretty upset with them, but more so with myself. This was a costly lesson, but I won’t repeat that one!

  • Stop reading a pile of emails! This is a big time-waster. I have been guilty of this one until someone pointed it out to me. We should be sending emails instead. One email can lead to opening a link, then another one, and before you know it an hour or so has gone by and you have accomplished nothing! So keep your inbox to a minimum of emails.
  • Stop joining one “guru” after another and looking for that magical button that will make you money overnight – you will look in vain – it’s not there! You are being lied to! There are some successful people out there that will train you on not only what to do but how to do it – that’s the key! Look under my page on  “Proper Training” and then check out the one you feel is a right fit for you.
  • Stop chasing after one program after another! Concentrate on one business at a time, and get good at it first.

That was another mistake that I made. I simply got sidetracked on a variety of business opportunities. I then found I can only do one at a time and do it well. So I decided on Affiliate Marketing and on one coach and am learning all that I can from him.

  • Stop wasting your time on Facebook and Twitter and all the other Social media sites that are available. Yes, they do help our business, and if you use these sites wisely you can benefit from them. However, too many times we get stuck there for over an hour reading the latest “news” – I plead guilty here too:( but again, I realized what a time waster this is, and now I go on these sites and give myself a time limit.
  • Stop looking at what I call the idiot box!:) It steals your precious time and you really learn nothing! You are better off to get a good book and read, at least you are using your mind.

How fast has this past year gone by? It seems we go from week to week instead of day by day, especially when we get older.

Here is a quote from the Bible: “For what is your life, it is but a vapour then appeareth for a little while and then vanisheth away.”

I hope this has helped you for this is my desire 🙂 Feel free to comment or send me an email.
